Bunions are salt deposits caused by rheumatic infections and the wearing inadequate shoes, but they can also appear after a flu, tonsils inflammation, gout or poor nutrition.
To get rid of bunions and the pain caused by the inflammation, prepare the following remedies:
1. Internal use:
So put in 300 ml of water, a spoon of crushed bay leaves. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes, and keep it in a thermos, overnight. Strain the liquid in the morning and drink 1 cup in the morning, and the rest of the mixture should be drank throughout the day. Repeat this procedure for 10 days in a row.
It’s indicated to prepare this drink every evening, let it stand overnight, and drink it in the morning.
After 10 days of treatment, take 1 week of break, and then repeat the treatment. This remedy should last for 2 months!
Tip: don’t be scared of the frequency and appearance of the urine. It will be highly concentrated in salt and quite cloudy.
2. External use:
Another remedy is to crush very well 5 large bay leaves over which pour 100 ml of alcohol (vodka or homemade brandy). Allow the mixture to macerate for 7 days. Then soak a piece of gauze in the mixture and apply it on the bunions. Take a pair of cotton socks on, and let it act overnight.
For better results, soak your feet in warm water where you’ve added 2 tablespoons of baking soda, and then you can apply the above treatment.
You can alternate these 2 treatments based on bay leaves.
