When we say coffee for beauty routine, we are talking about the freshly grounded coffee, not at the leftovers from this morning coffee. Fresh grounded coffee is full of antioxidants and vitamins, which will make your skin look brighter, will close the pores, prevent wrinkles and premature aging. Hydration mask with coffee, cocoa and honey
Dry skin? No more with this amazing mask with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties!
Mix 1 teaspoon of coffee with 1 teaspoon of cocoa and 2 teaspoons of honey. Let the mixture “to rest” for 5 minutes then apply it gently on your face and neck. Let it act for 20 minutes (you can relax in the tube with the mask on, because steam will open the pores and the mask will have more effect). Remove the mask with cold water and dry your face with a clean cotton towel or a napkin. You will no longer recognize yourself when you look in the mirror!
Brightening mask with coconut oil
“Embrace” the exfoliating properties of coffee with the brightening and nourishing effects of coconut oil.
Mix 1 spoonful of grounded coffee and 1 spoonful of coconut oil until it forms a paste then apply it on your skin with circular motions, but carefully avoid the eye area. Let it act between 30 and 60 minutes and then clean with warm water!
Smoothing mask with oats
Everyone wants a silky smooth skin, and the fact is you can actually get it!
You need 1 tablespoon of ground coffee, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of yoghurt and, optionally, for extra hydration, a spoonful of honey.
Mix all the ingredients again and apply the paste on your face by massaging gently. Let it work for 30 minutes and then rinse your skin with warm water, ending with a cold water jet for extra firmness.
