Carrots and grapefruit work together to melt those extra pounds that you’ve accumulated.
As long as you keep this diet don’t use salt in food, spices, give up alcohol, sweets, fats and forget about sugar because they inhibit the diet effect. Also, sauces, cheese and dairy products are forbidden. Choose only lean meat, without skin, and cook it without using oil. You must hydrated yourself well and drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
During this diet don’t drink coffee- you can replace it with green tea. You can enjoy carrots and grapefruit juice whenever you feel the need to drink something else besides water.
Carrots have fewer calories and a lot of fiber and you won’t need to eat. It is said that if you eat 1 grapefruit after a meal it will help you burn with 20% more calories.

-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
-2,5 cm of ginger root

Breakfast: Eat a grapefruit and a big, raw carrot
Lunch: one portion of boiled chicken, 1 grapefruit and 2 large raw carrots
Dinner: 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, a cup of whole grains and 2 raw carrots.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit
Lunch: 1 raw carrot, an orange, a cup of whole grains
Dinner: 1 raw carrot and 1 orange.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 30 g of lean beef and 1 boiled carrot
Dinner: 1 grapefruit.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, a bowl of salad made from 2-3 large grated carrots with a little lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey
Lunch: 1 bowl of carrot salad, prepared as at breakfast and 1 grapefruit
Dinner: 1 grapefruit and another carrot salad.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit and half a liter of freshly citrus juice
Lunch: 1 grapefruit and half a liter of freshly citrus juice
Dinner: 1 grapefruit and half a liter of freshly citrus juice.
Breakfast: 1 boiled carrot, 1 boiled egg and a slice of black bread
Lunch: 2 boiled large carrots, 1 hard-boiled egg and a slice of black bread
Dinner: same as breakfast.
Breakfast: 1 raw carrot, 1 grapefruit juice and 500 ml of carrot juice
Lunch: 1 raw carrot, a bowl of oatmeal, 1 grapefruit and 500 ml of carrot juice
Dinner: 1 raw carrot, 1 grapefruit and 500 ml of carrot juice.
