Foot and leg bones are connected with each other. For this reason, when you hurt yourself at one toe, the pain is felt by the leg, too.
Your foot and leg pain is a result of the following factors:
In ancient Chinese reflexology is considered that all organs of our body are connected with toes and soles.
Foot baths were practice to remove toxins from the body.
Exercises for foot pain relief:
You could do every morning for 5 minutes these easy exercises and very effective.
Try to raise your toes
Stand up and raise all of your toes. Do this for 5 minutes with both foot.
Lower your thumb
While you’re raising your toes, let down the big toe. It’s quite difficult while all other toes are raised, but try.
Stand up and let your weight on the lower soles. Swing back and forth 10 times.
Exercises with the tennis ball
Take a tennis ball and spin it under the soles while applying some pressure on it. When the ball is below your foot try to raise your thumbs and alternate them coming down to the ground for an efficient stretch.
Bring your toes together
You can sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Try to bend so you can touch your toes with your fingers. It’s a difficult exercise but with a little practice you’ll be able to do it.
Try these exercises daily until you’ll get used to them.
