Grilled Artichokes

Ingredients:
-2 lemons
-a tablespoon of olive oil for grilling
-4 large artichokes
-ground pepper

How to prepare:
Fill a pot with water and add the juice of 2 lemons. Clean the artichokes and place them in the pot. Leave them in the water for 10 minutes then slice them. Preheat the grill and fry the artichokes 5 minutes on each side. Serve them with lemon.
